Sibur Selects Taiwanese Firm as Licensor for Thermoplastics Plant

Sibur (Moscow) says it has signed a licensing agreement with TSRC Corporation (Taipei), a major producer of synthetic rubber in Asia, for its project to build a new thermoplastics facility at Voronezh, Russia.
