Dow Creates Performance Plastics Divison

Dow Chemical says it has created a performance plastics division, comprised of all Dow plastics including solution polyethylene, wire and cable, elastomers, and films and packaging resins. It will also include the packaging and converting unit that is currently part of the company’s advanced materials division.
