Toyo Engineering Awarded Polycarbonate Plant Contract in China

Toyo Engineering says it has been awarded a contract to build a previously announced polycarbonate (PC) manufacturing plant at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park at Caojing, China. The 80,000 m.t./year plant will be built for a joint venture in which Mitsubishi Gas Chemical will hold 80% and Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics the balance.
