JBIC Loans $30 Million for Polycarbonate Facility in China

Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC; Tokyo), the international wing of Japan Finance Corporation (Tokyo), says it has signed a loan agreement totaling $30 million, with Lingyou Engineering Plastics (Shanghai), a joint venture set up by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical (MGC; Tokyo) and Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics (Tokyo).
