The move follows a similar ban passed last month in Minnesota that is scheduled to take effect in January 2010. Meanwhile, the Endocrine Society (Chevy Chase, MD) recently called for further studies into the human health effects of BPA citing growing evidence of BPA’s link to various health problems.
