Invista May Sell Polymers and Resins Business

Invista is considering the sale of its North American polymers and resins business, including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyester intermediates feedstocks, film products, fibers and specialty polymers. The business includes the brands polyclear PET, polyshield resin, oxyclear barrier resin, performa film and sheet and polarguard continuous filament insulation.
