Ibn Sina to Build POM Plant in Saudi Arabia

 Celanese and Sabic say their joint venture National Methanol Co. (Ibn Sina) will construct a 50,000-ton/year polyacetal (POM) plant at an unnamed site in Saudi Arabia. Total invested capital in the project is expected to be about $400 million, Celanese says.
