Celanese Starts POM Production at Frankfurt

Recently inaugurated POM plant in Frankfurt Celanese says it has begun polyoxymethylene (POM) production at Frankfurt Hoechst Industrial Park in Germany. The new site is the world’s largest POM facility at 140,000 tons/year, and will allow Celanese to meet increased global demand for specialty solutions in polymer-based products, the company says.  Celanese sells POM products under the tradenames Celcon and Hostaform acetal...
