(Beijing) says it will build a polyacetal (POM) manufacturing facility at Shanghai and a styrene plant at Daqing, China. The POM unit will be located in the Xinhuo development zone in Shanghai’s Pudong district. It will be operated by Shanghai Bluestar New Material Co., a subsidiary of state-owned China National Bluestar, and have a capacity of 200,000 m.t./year.
