Americhem acquires engineered-polymers manufacturer Infinity Compounding

Americhem (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), has announced the acquisition of Infinity Compounding (Swedesboro, NJ), a supplier of specialty filled and reinforced engineering thermoplastic compounds. The deal announced today closed on 28 December 2012. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. Infinity specializes in the manufacture and marketing of compounded polymer composites.
