The deal announced today closed on 28 December 2012. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. Infinity specializes in the manufacture and marketing of compounded polymer composites. It focuses on acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polycarbonate, nylons, acetal, polyphthalamide, polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyether ether ketone, and other engineering resins...
