Victrex Buys Mitsui’s PEEK Stake

Victrex (Thorton Cleveleys, U.K.) says it has acquired Mitsui Chemicals’ 49% stake in their Victrex-MC joint venture, which sells polyether ether ketone (PEEK) polymers in Japan. Victrex says it paid Mitsui ¥531.5 million ($4.4 million) for the stake.
