(Spartanburg, SC) has acquired SiVance (Gainesville, FL), a producer of specialty silane, silicone and siloxane intermediates, from private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners (New York). Terms of the deal were not disclosed. GenNx360 acquired the business from Clariant in 2009. At the time, sales were approximately $50 million.
