Kuraray to Boost U.S. Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol Copolymer Capacity

Kuraray says it will invest about ¥4 billion ($51 million) to boost ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVAL) production capacity at its Pasadena, TX facility by 12,000 m.t./year. The site currently has the capacity to produce about 37,000 m.t./year of EVAL.
