Eastman to Expand Non-Phthalate Plasticizer Capacity at Kingsport

Eastman Chemical says it will increase non-phthalate plasticizer capacity at its Kingsport, TN facility by 6,000 m.t./year. The additional capacity is scheduled to be on line before the end of 2011. The plasticizer is sold under the trade name Eastman 168.
