Vinyls Italia Is Likely to Be Carved up

The Ministry of Economic Development (Rome) was the venue last Friday of the latest meeting to discuss the increasingly bleak outlook for Vinyls Italia (Porto Marghera), a manufacturer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) that has been under special administration since August 2009.
