Qatar Firm Makes Conditional Offer for Vinyls Italia

Ramco Trading & Contracting (Doha) has made a conditional bid for troubled vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producer Vinyls Italia (Porto Marghera, Italy).
