Celanese Announces Price Increase in Polymer Emulsions

Celanese announced a price increase of its polymer emulsions sold in Europe, Africa, and the Mideast to €80/m.t. ($104/m.t.), effective June 1. The increase includes all vinyl acetate and acrylic-based emulsions, and will affect adhesive, paint and coating, building and construction, nonwoven, glass fiber, carpet, and paper and textile applications.
