Report: Belarus cuts export duty on aromatics

Belarus has reduced export duties on oil and derived products effective 1 May 2013. Petrochemical products affected include benzene, toluene, and xylenes, according to a report from Belarus press agency BelTA. The unified export duty on the three aromatics has decreased to $249.7/m.t., from $265/m.t. The export duty on crude oil has been reduced from $401.5/m.t., to...
