Mitsubishi Chemical Establishes PTA Company in Singapore

Mitsubishi Chemical says it has established a company in Singapore, which will partly have responsibility for Mitsubishi’s purified terephthalic acid (PTA) business. Mitsubishi, as previously announced, is relocating part of the headquarters of its PTA business from Japan to Singapore (CW, March 2, p. 14).
