Financial details were not disclosed. The 104-mile Cypress Pipeline runs from Mont Belvieu, TX to Sulphur, LA and supplies natural gas liquid (NGLs) feedstocks to Westlake's Lake Charles, LA petrochemical complex. The NGLs are used at the site to produce ethylene and ethylene derivatives, including polyethylene (PE) and styrene.
