FTC Clears Ineos Nova’s Purchase of Sterling’s Styrene Business

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC; Washington) has cleared Ineos Nova’s $60-million acquisition of exclusive rights to styrene production at Sterling Chemicals’ 1.7-billion lbs/year Texas City, TX facility.
