Aramco Overseas Co. (AOC), an Aramco subsidiary; and Dow Europe jointly awarded the contract to Foster Wheeler. The award is an extension of a front-end engineering design contract awarded by AOC and Dow to Foster Wheeler in 2008. The value of the latest contract was not disclosed.
