Evonik and Sibur Mull Hydrogen Peroxide JV

Evonik and JSC Sibur Holding (Moscow) today disclosed that the two companies are in talks to create a joint venture company based in Russia that would manufacture hydrogen peroxide (H202). A feasibility study is underway. The companies say they feasibility study, which is due to be completed in the "coming months," will determine the plant's location and capacity. If the companies decide to go ahead with the jv they say they would build a H202 plant based on technology developed jointly by Evonik...
