Saudi Petrochemical Complex Starts Operations

Saudi Ethylene and Polyethylene Company (SEPC), a 75-25 joint venture between Tasnee and Sahara Petrochemical and LyondellBasell, says it has started up its petrochemical complex at Al-Jubail.
