The deals were signed by commission chairman, prince Saud bin Abdullah Thunayyan. Al Jubail Petrochemical Co. (Kemya), a joint venture between Sabic and ExxonMobil Chemical, obtained authorization for the largest deal. Kemya's project, worth SR12 billion, will establish a manufacturing complex on an area of 32.7 hectares to produce ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and other...
