Petronas Plans Refinery and Petrochemical Complex


Najib: Creating a regional industry hub. Petronas is planning a $20-billion investment to build a refinery and petrochemicals complex at Pengerang in the state of Johor in southern Malaysia. Najib Razak, the prime minister of Malaysia, announced the investment earlier this month.
