Dow Chemical Awards Propane Dehydrogenation Plant Contract to Fluor

Fluor Corporation  has been awarded a contract by Dow Chemical to provide basic engineering and design services for a previously announced propane dehydrogenation (PDH) project in Freeport, TX.  The facility will produce polymer-grade propylene.  Basic engineering will be executed in Fluor's Houston  office with support from its office in Manila.
