Chinese Government 'Re-Approves' Ineos Phenol Project

Ineos Phenol, an Ineos subsidiary, says that China’s National Development Reform Commission (NDRC; Beijing) has re-approved its previously announced investment for a phenol-acetone complex at Zhangjiagang, China. The project received its first approval by NDRC, the Ministry of Commerce (Beijing), and the Zhangjiagang Administration of Industry and Commerce, in 2007.
