The project received its first approval by NDRC, the Ministry of Commerce (Beijing), and the Zhangjiagang Administration of Industry and Commerce, in 2007. The request for re-approval was made by Ineos following the completion of front-end engineering, initial project financing discussions and a review of recent economic developments, Ineos says...
