Lummus Signs Agreement to License BP's Para-Xylene Technology

CB&I has announced that its Lummus Technology subsidiary has signed an agreement with BP for the exclusive rights to license and market BP's para-xylene recovery and isomerization technology and catalysts. Lummus will be responsible for all sales, marketing and licensing activities globally.
