EPCA 2011: Petrochemical Markets Soften

Industry executives attending the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) annual meeting, currently taking place in Berlin, confirm a weakening in demand in petrochemical markets in Europe and North America since mid-August but say that overall 2011 is shaping up to be a good year for the sector.
