(MISC; Kuala Lumpur) has confirmed that several explosions and a fire struck one of the company's chemical tankers yesterday, killing three crew members. A further two crew members are missing following the incident, the company says. The explosions and fire occurred as the vessel, the Bunga Alpinia, was loading methanol from a Petronas Chemicals terminal in the port of Labuan, Malaysia.
