Janus and OCI Nitrogen Form Methanol and Ammonia JV on U.S. Gulf Coast

OCI Nitrogen (Geleen, the Netherlands), a subsidiary of Orascom Construction Industries (OCI; Cairo) says it has acquired an integrated ammonia-methanol plant located at Beaumont, TX through a joint venture with Janus Methanol (Basel, Switzerland).
