EPA and the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality have granted air permits allowing G2X Energy (Houston) to begin construction of a gas-to-liquids plant at Lake Charles, LA, the company says. The facility will have capacity to produce 12,500 bbl/day of gasoline, methanol, or both....
