Mark Rohr, CEO of Celanese, recently told the Dallas Morning News that the company will decide by the end of the year whether to add on to its Clear Lake plant or build a new site in Louisiana. The investments would be made over the course of the next three years, and would take advantage of low U.S. natural gas prices, Rohr says.
