ECHA concludes evaluation on four substances

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) says it has concluded substance evaluation on four substances—ethylene oxide, tributyl phosphate, m-tolylidene diisocyanate, and toluene—and has published the related conclusion documents. European Union member states began evaluation of 36 substances in 2012.
