GlyEco completes acquisition of GSS Automotives, expands glycol recycling capacity

GlyEco (Los Angeles,CA) has completed the acquisition of GSS Automotive Recycling (Landover, MD). Financial details about the transaction were not disclosed. GSS is a main player in the glycol recycling industry, serving over 1,500 customers in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. GlyEco expects the acquisition will boost its production capabilities. GlyEco has a patent-pending technology that transforms a hazardous waste into green products.
