Strong demand and tight supplies boosted prices, market players say. European spot olefins prices held generally stable, with prompt ethylene easing just €10/m.t., producers say. Improved demand and cracker outages boosted ethylene spot prices in the U.S. by 1 cts-1.5 cts/lb last week. Propylene spot prices also advanced, around a penny last week, as strong demand from the gasoline pool boosted refinery grade propylene prices...
