Shell moves US cracker project to FEED, selects contractors

Shell Chemicals is looking to move to the front-end engineering design (FEED) stage early next year on its previously announced ethane cracker project at Monaca, PA, Graham van’t Hoff, executive v.p./chemicals, tells CW.
