Nova Inks Deal to Boost Ethane Supply to Sarnia

Nova Chemicals says it has signed a memorandum of understanding for the supply of ethane from Caiman Energy’s (Dallas, TX) Fort Beeler gas processing plant near Cameron, WV. Under the terms of the agreement, Caiman will expand its existing plant at Fort Beeler to facilitate the extraction of ethane from natural gas, while Nova will purchase up to 20,000 barrels per day (bpd) of the ethane on a long-term basis.
