Nova Expects Strong Ethylene and PE Demand Through 2011

Lipton: Demand, delays boost outlook. Growing demand and delays in new ethylene and polyethylene (PE) capacity additions will likely keep operating rates strong through at least 2011, says Jeff Lipton, president and CEO of Nova Chemicals.
