Formosa Cracker to Start Up in May

Formosa Plastics says it expects to start up its 1.2-million m.t./year ethylene plant at Mailiao, Taiwan in May as scheduled. Formosa says it expects to feed naphtha to the cracker in mid-May, and have ethylene output a month after.
