Ethylene contracts have fallen for the fourth straight month, but could stabilize in February because of planned turnarounds, observers say. Spot ethylene prices have reversed course in the last two weeks, rising from a low of 32 cts/lb del in mid-January, to 35.5 cts-36 cts/lb del for February delivery, sources...
