EPA has granted greenhouse gas prevention of significant deterioration (GHG-PSD) permits to Formosa Plastics Corp. (FPC) for the construction of a 1.6-million m.t./year ethane cracker, a 660,000-m.t./year propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit, and a 570,000-m.t./year low-density polyethylene plant at its Point Comfort, TX, site....
