CPChem to increase ethylene production at Old Ocean, TX, by 200 million lbs/year

Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem) plans to add a 10th furnace to an existing ethylene unit at its Sweeny complex at Old Ocean, TX, increasing ethylene production capacity by 200 million lbs/year, the company announced on Monday.
