Ube holds 91% stake in Thai Caprolactam and Marubeni (Tokyo) holds 7%, and the remaining 2% stake is held by others. Thai Caprolactam, which manufactures and sells caprolactam and ammonium sulfate, had sales of baht13 million ($393,000) in 2008.
