In addition, DSM has agreed to license its cyclohexanone manufacturing technology to KA, which will be used by KA to produce caprolactam, a feestock used to make nylon 6. The two joint ventures cover the marketing and sales of engineering plastics in Russia and other members of the CIS and the production of engineering plastics compounds on an existing plant at Togliatti.
