DSM Forms Engineering Plastics Joint Ventures in Russia

DSM says its DSM Engineering Plastics unit has agreed to form two joint ventures with KuibyshevAzot (KA; Togliatti, Russia) in which DSM will hold a majority stake. In addition, DSM has agreed to license its cyclohexanone manufacturing technology to KA, which will be used by KA to produce caprolactam, a feestock used to make nylon 6.
