China Investigation Confirms Dumping of Caprolactam by U.S. and EU

The Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing) announced its preliminary ruling on the previously announced antidumping investigation into imports of caprolactam from the U.S. and European Union (EU). According to the ruling, dumping exists in caprolactam imports from the EU and U.S., and has damaged the Chinese caprolactam industry.
