Aramco and Total in Talks on Joint Cracker Project at Jubail

Total Petrochemicals and Saudi Aramco are in discussions to build a multi-billion dollar cracker project at Jubail, Saudi Arabia. "We are studying a cracker and derivatives project with Aramco in Jubail integrated with the refinery that Satorp [Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Co.] is building at the moment," Michel Govaerts, general manager business development/Middle East and Asia tells CW.
