(JAC) plans to hold a groundbreaking ceremony on August 26 for the company's previously announced $2.4-billion aromatics project at Jurong Island, Singapore, CEO Mehdi Adib says. Speaking to reporters in Singapore today, Adib also said that the complex would start operating in October or November 2014, about six months later than previously announced. JAC, meanwhile, has signed contracts to buy a combined 100,000 bbl/day of condensate feedstock from BP, Glencore (Baar, Switzerland), and SK Energy (Seoul) for a period of seven years after...
