Moody's Moves Cristal's Outlook to Stable on Better TiO2 Industry Fundamentals

Moody's Investor Service moved the rating outlook for Cristal Inorganic Chemicals (CIC; Hunt Valley, MD) to stable from negative and affirmed its B3 Corporate Family Rating. The stable outlook is a result of improved operating performance and better titanium dioxide (TiO2) industry fundamentals, Moody's says. CIC's operating performance and credit metrics are expected to benefit from the current tight TiO2 market supply conditions.
